Standard Ticket $2,750.00 (inclusive of 10% GST)

Golf Event or Skyline Luge; both running consecutively on Sunday 12th October 2025 (these events are not compulsory)

An additional fee is charged for accompanying partners to attend the Welcome Cocktail Event & Gala Dinner.

Booking Information

Please note that the registration fee does not include accommodation and associated additional hotel charges, airfares or transfers. All accommodation and travel arrangements should be made by delegates.

Core Property has arranged accommodation rates with Rendezvous Heritage Queenstown. Upon completing your online booking, the confirmation page and email will include instructions, with a discount code, on how to book your accommodation online or via reception with Rendezvous Heritage Queenstown.

Please note that these rooms are limited and once they are filled, rooms and rates will be subject to the availablity with Rendezvous Heritage Queenstown.

Free WiFi is included in your accommodation cost. A full breakfast at Rendezvous Heritage Queenstown is available for $32.00 per person per day.

Alternatively, you may choose to stay at a different hotel. There are several close to Rendezvous Heritage Hotel including QT Queenstown, Rydges Lakeland Resort Queenstown, Mercure Queenstown and many more closer to the shopping precinct.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your delegate ticket or hotel accommodation the following cancellation fees apply:
Core Property:
90+ days out from the event = 100% refund on delegate ticket

89-45 days out from the event = 50% refund on delegate ticket

44 days or less out from the event = you will be charged the full cost of the delegate ticket

Heritage Queenstown:
Any amendments or cancellations made to bookings within 7 days of arrival are fully chargeable.

Covid-19 Clause

Given the disruptions caused by COVID19, we will have a COVID19 clause for the conference this year. If for any unforeseen reasons, we need to cancel our event, Core Property will refund all amounts paid by delegates to attend the conference. Should the event be postponed, Core Property will refund the registration fees to delegates that are unable to attend the event under the new dates.

In the event that you/your employees are unable to attend because of border closures or travel restrictions due to COVID 19 announced by Federal or state governments, Core Property will refund the full delegate registration fees (ex travel and accommodation).

In the event that you/your employees are unable to attend because they have become a positive Covid case, or a close contact and required to isolate, Core Property can transfer the registration to your suggested replacement delegate, or refund the full delegate registration fees (ex travel and accommodation).

What do I need to organise myself?

Flights, transfers/transport, accommodation, parking and any incidental charges additional to the items covered in your conference ticket.

I have special requirements, who can I inform?

Can I smoke at the hotel?

Rendezvous Heritage Queenstown is strictly 100% non-smoking. To protect the smoke free environment, the hotel will post a cleaning fee to the account of any guest who smokes in their guest room. Reception can advise you of an alternative area to smoke on check in.

What is the security level?

All delegates are responsible for safekeeping their personal property, it is not the responsibility of Core Property or Rendezvous Heritage Queenstown.

What can I do in Queenstown?

Rendezvous Heritage Queenstown is located a short walk from the centre of Queenstown with various restaurants, bars, cafes, day spas, great shopping and an easy but breath taking walk along Lake Wakatipu.

Do I have to stay at Heritage Queenstown?

Core Property has arrange a special corporate rate for delegates for the 12th & 14th October 2025 but it is at your own discretion as to whether you choose to stay at Rendezvous Heritage Queenstown.

If you wish to stay at Rendezvous Heritage Queenstown out of the conference dates, the accommodation rate may differ.
