Freehold

Freehold means that you own the property outright, including the land and any buildings on it. This is in contrast to leasehold, where you only own the right to occupy the property for a specified period of time.

Freehold properties are generally considered to be more desirable than leasehold properties, as they offer greater security and flexibility. For example, freehold owners can make changes to their property without having to get permission from the landlord, and they can also sell the property at any time.

On CoreProp, freehold properties are typically listed under the "Residential" category. You can search for freehold properties by filtering your results by property type, location, and price.
