Centuria has launched its latest investment offering, the "Centuria 80 Flinders Street Fund".
The Fund is a 5 year unlisted property fund that will purchase the premier CBD office tower at 80 Flinders Street, Adelaide SA, with the adjoining car park building at 61-67 Wyatt Street.
The Property was constructed in 2006 and is 100% occupied by multinational and ASX listed companies including IAG, Beach Energy, BAE Systems, and Wilson Parking, on a WALE of 4.0 years.
The Fund is forecasting distributions of 6.5% p.a. (annualised) in FY19, increasing to 6.6% in FY20.
Core Property has rated the Fund as RECOMMENDED.
