Core Property has reviewed the Centuria Diversified Property Fund, an open-ended property fund managed by Centuria.
The Fund provides an opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of properties accessing the capabilities of the Centuria property funds management platform in an open-ended structure.
The Fund currently invests in a portfolio of 4 commercial office assets, 9 unlisted property funds managed by Centuria as well as an allocation to A-REITs and cash investments.
Investors may acquire units based on a daily unit price, with access to a quarterly withdrawal facility.
Core Property has rated the Fund as RECOMMENDED.
