Core Property announces the 2024 Property Fund Manager Awards

21 October 2024: Core Property Research have announced the annual Property Fund Manager Awards for 2024. The awards are a recognition of performance and excellence by property fund managers in providing high quality investment offerings over the past year. The awards were announced at Core Property’s Annual Property Funds Industry Forum held in Queenstown, New Zealand from 13 – 15 October 2024.

Listed Property Fund Manager of the Year 2024 – Charter Hall Group (ASX: CHC)

Charter Hall Group has been awarded the 2024 Listed Property Fund Manager of the Year. The award is a recognition of Charter Hall Group’s strong performance during the period and its strong position and ability to deliver long term growth for stakeholders.

Unlisted Property Fund of the Year 2024 – Castlerock Government Property Fund, Castlerock Property Pty Ltd

The Castlerock Government Property Fund, managed by Castlerock Property Pty Ltd, has been awarded the 2024 Unlisted Property Fund of the Year. The award recognises the outstanding management and commitment by Castlerock in delivering consistent and stable long-term returns for investors.
