Fortius Fund Management has acquired Cammeray Square Centre, for $39.05M. The property of 6,815sqm is anchored by a refurbished Harris Farm Markets, 15 specialty retailers, a 1,550sqm childcare centre and 870sqm of commercial suites.
Located in Sydney’s North Shore, the property with 100% occupancy has a WALE of 5.8 years (area).
Fortius is expected to place the property in an unlisted property fund targeting an initial yield of 7 per cent.
